We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager with strong exposure to India Domestic IT Staffing who can drive recruitment delivery, manage client requirements, and lead a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of IT Recruiters and drive daily recruitment delivery.
- Handle India Domestic IT clients and understand their hiring requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery from sourcing to closure.
- Track team performance, productivity, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring.
- Handle escalations, improve delivery processes, and ensure positions are closed within timelines.
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategies, screening, and candidate closure.
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and regular performance reports.
Required Skills
- Strong experience in India Domestic IT Recruitment/Staffing.
- Proven experience in managing a team of 10+ recruiters and delivery management.
- Able to work on multiple clienteles and manage multiple positions.
- Strong client management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Hands-on approach with strong ownership of delivery.
