Position Overview
We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume in-house hiring environments. You'll be the operational backbone of our internal recruiting team — keeping candidates moving, hiring managers aligned, and nothing falling through the cracks.
Role & Responsibilities
• Coordinate end-to-end interview scheduling across multiple roles and internal hiring managers simultaneously
• Manage candidate pipelines in the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and timely status updates at every stage
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process, delivering a seamless experience
• Partner with internal recruiters, HRBPs, and hiring managers to prioritize requisitions and flag bottlenecks proactively
• Track recruiting metrics (time-to-schedule, offer acceptance rates) and surface insights to the team weekly
• Draft and send offer letters, coordinate background checks, and support pre-boarding logistics
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase coordination efficiency at scale
Must Have Criteria
• 2–3 years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator in an in-house/corporate talent acquisition team
• Demonstrated experience managing 100+ open requisitions or scheduling 300+ interviews per month simultaneously
• Experience coordinating directly with internal hiring managers, HRBPs, and senior leadership stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience managing candidate-facing and stakeholder-facing communications
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities with minimal supervision in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
Nice to Have
• Experience supporting bulk hiring drives (100+ hires in a single cycle)
• Exposure to hiring for technical roles (engineering, product, or data teams)
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth company scaling headcount rapidly
