What You’ll Do
As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our talent solutions process. In this role, you will help ensure a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
What’s Expected of You
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in Preacta’s applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters
- Ensure candidates receive timely updates and a positive experience throughout the process
- Support the recruitment team in drafting job descriptions and posting roles across platforms
- Assist in reporting, metrics tracking, and other administrative recruitment tasks
- Conduct talent pipelining ad hoc tasks where required
What We’re Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Attention to detail and accuracy to maintain candidate records
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office/Google Suite; familiarity with ATS tools is a plus
- Passion for connecting people with opportunities and growing a career in talent acquisition
