Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for remote work. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions. You will communicate with candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring a seamless and professional recruitment experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining candidate records, collaborating with hiring managers, and assisting with onboarding processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and effective Communication abilities
- Experience in Hiring processes, Interviewing, and candidate evaluation
- Proficiency in Customer Service, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and tools is a plus
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR roles is highly desirable
