Job Description
Key Responsibilities
• Interview Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates and provide updates on the status of their applications.
• Recruitment Logistics: Manage recruitment logistics, including coordinating interview panels, raising gate passes, and ensuring necessary materials are available.
• Data Entry & Tracking: Maintain accurate recruitment records and update candidate status in tracking systems.
• Talent Acquisition Support: Provide complete support to Talent Acquisition Specialists, including scheduling, updating calendar invites, and checking technical panel availability.
• Interview Coordination: Send interview confirmations and assist with collecting interview feedback.
Experience
• 5–7 years of experience in Recruitment Coordination or Recruitment Administration.
Skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday ATS.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records.
• Strong experience in MS Excel.

• Efficiency: Ensure recruitment coordination processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Candidate Experience: Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Communication: Maintain timely communication with candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition Specialists.
