Role Summary:
The Recruitment Coordinator will support end-to-end recruitment execution by assisting with job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, offer-stage tracking, and onboarding logistics. This role ensures smooth hiring operations through effective coordination, documentation, timely communication, and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Execution Support
•Assist in drafting, formatting, and updating Job Descriptions based on hiring manager requirements
•Maintain standardized job posting templates and ensure uniform employer branding
•Post job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, and other identified job boards
•Track job posting performance and maintain job posting trackers
Resume Screening & Sourcing Support
•Support the HR Manager with first-level CV screening for junior to mid-level roles
•Source profiles from job portals as per role requirements
Interview Scheduling & Coordination
•Schedule interviews with internal panelists and external candidates
•Send calendar invites and confirm availability with all stakeholders
Job Description:
•Share interview guidelines and JD with panelists prior to interviews
•Follow up post-interview to ensure timely feedback collection
•Send interview confirmations, reminders, and feedback communications to candidates
•Ensure candidates are informed of recruitment timelines and next steps
•Coordinate logistics for in-person, virtual, or assessment-based interviews
Offer & Post-Offer Coordination
•Collect and verify documents required for offer processing and background verification (BGV)
•Maintain trackers for candidates at offer and post-offer stages
•Coordinate with the HR Manager on salary discussions and offer rollouts
•Share offer letters with selected candidates and track acceptance status
Onboarding Support
•Schedule onboarding sessions, induction meetings, and buddy introductions
•Coordinate system access, seating allocation, and basic IT/logistics readiness
Reporting & MIS
•Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring status reports
•Track open positions, interviews, offers, and closures
•Prepare recruitment MIS and weekly hiring summaries for management review
Educational Qualification
•Graduation in any discipline
Experience
•1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR operations
Skills & Competencies
•The candidate must have excellent English – Verbal and written skills
•Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR tools
•Working knowledge of job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
•Good organizational and coordination skills
•Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines
•Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills
Notice period - Immediate to within 15days
