Looking to start your career in recruitment and executive search?
We’re hiring fresh graduates or some experience to join our Indore office.
We are a fast-growing executive search firm with 15+ years in the market, founded by an IIT Kanpur alumnus, and we work in multiple sectors like BFSI, IT services and product, Retail, Renewables and Oil & Gas
💼 What you’ll do
✨ Work on leadership hiring mandates
✨ Learn leadership talent search & headhunting
✨ Interact with senior professionals across industries
✨ Build strong research and recruitment skills

🕕 Shift: India Shift (10AM – 7 PM IST) - 5 days a week
🏠 Location: Work from Office, Skye Corporate Park, Vijay nagar, Indore
CTC Details Yearly: 2 lacs- 2.16 lacs fixed + 50,000 - 1 lacs Variable
Total CTC: 2.50 lacs - 3.16 lacs
