The Opportunity
Join our growing APAC Centre of Excellence in Bangalore (India) supporting digital, marketing, creative and commercial hiring mandates for transformation-led organisations across the region.
We are looking for a commercially driven and consultative Recruitment Consultant to support specialist hiring across Digital Media, AdTech, Marketing, Creative and Commercial functions.
This role offers the opportunity to build deep market expertise while partnering with regional clients across high-growth digital and transformation sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery across contract, project-based and direct sourcing hiring mandates.
- Drive talent sourcing, market mapping, direct search and strategic hiring support across Digital Media, Marketing, AdTech, Creative, UX/UI, Product Marketing and Commercial functions.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through headhunting, networking, LinkedIn, referrals and market research strategies.
- Partner closely with the team to understand hiring priorities, workforce challenges and talent requirements.
- Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through effective engagement and stakeholder management.
- Execute market intelligence, talent insights, salary benchmarking and competitor mapping initiatives.
- Support recruitment process excellence through CRM/ATS updates, reporting and governance adherence.
What We are Looking For
- 3 -5 years of relevant recruitment experience within Digital, Marketing, Media, Creative, or Commercial hiring environments.
- Strong understanding of digital and marketing talent landscapes across APAC & India markets.
- Proven capability in talent sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping for niche skillsets.
- A consultative mindset with a passion for delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Experience building Talent communities through all relevant available channels.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven and growth-oriented consulting environment.
