About the Role
We’re hiring a Recruitment Consultant who can manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles and clients owning the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to offer closure, while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and strong client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
1) End-to-End Recruitment Delivery
- Work on assigned roles across functions (mid-senior levels depending on requirement).
- Understand job requirements clearly and create a strong sourcing strategy.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, internal database, job boards, and networking.
- Screen candidates for role fit, motivation, communication, salary expectations, notice period, and cultural alignment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews; ensure strong follow-ups with candidates and clients.
- Drive offer negotiation and closure; manage candidate drop-offs and backups.
2) Recruitment Process & Reporting
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking (sheet/ATS) with daily updates.
- Track key metrics: profiles shared, interview conversions, offer-to-join ratio, TAT.
- Ensure compliance with internal process, documentation, and offer/joining checks.
3) Candidate Experience & Brand
- Represent the company professionally and create a smooth candidate journey.
- Provide timely feedback and clear communication to candidates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in agency recruitment / consulting / staffing (preferred).
- Strong sourcing skills on LinkedIn + job portals (Naukri/Indeed etc.).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and follow-up discipline.
- Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously and meet weekly closure targets.
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, ATS/CRM tools, and structured reporting.
