We are seeking a motivated and results-driven
Recruitment Consultant specializing in IT Recruitment to join our growing talent acquisition team. This role is ideal for professionals with
1-3 years of experience in technical hiring who are passionate about identifying top technology talent and connecting them with exciting career opportunities. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, working closely with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing high-quality candidates across a variety of technical roles, including software development, data engineering, cloud, DevOps, QA, and other IT domains. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a proactive sourcing mindset, and a solid understanding of the technology hiring landscape.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for IT roles, from requirement gathering to offer negotiation and onboarding coordination.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand technical hiring requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles.
- Source potential candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, and talent databases.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and technical pre-assessments to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams while ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions, submissions, and hiring progress within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or internal databases.
- Stay updated with current technology trends, skill demand, and market salary benchmarks to provide effective recruitment support.
- Develop strong relationships with candidates to ensure long-term engagement and talent network growth.
- Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality technical talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in IT Recruitment or Technical Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of common IT roles and technologies such as Software Development, Frontend/Backend technologies, Cloud platforms, DevOps, QA, Data Engineering, and AI/ML.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, and professional networks.
- Ability to quickly understand technical job requirements and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and hiring pipelines simultaneously.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven recruitment environment.
