Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical roles.
- Handle and coordinate with multiple recruitment vendors (India & overseas).
- Evaluate vendor performance and ensure quality, timely submissions, and closures.
- Develop and maintain a strong vendor network for bulk and niche hiring.
- Coordinate for international recruitment processes including documentation, interviews, and mobilization.
- Ensure compliance with client requirements, visa processes, and documentation standards.
- Track and monitor recruitment progress, pipeline status, and reporting.
- Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of candidates.
- Support in salary negotiations and offer management.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in vendor management and bulk hiring.
- Strong background in Recruitment.
- Experience in Gulf or European recruitment is highly preferred.
- Good understanding of visa processes, mobilization, and compliance.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
