Role Description
This is a Recruitment Consultant role located in Ahmedabad. The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. The role also involves ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications
- Experience in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting practices
- Proficient in Consulting and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in recruitment for technical or automation-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
