Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview candidates for open positions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer stage
- Develop and grow new business opportunities with prospective clients
- Write and post job adverts across relevant platforms
- Conduct market mapping and talent searches
- Negotiate salaries, contracts, and terms of business
- Maintain accurate candidate and client records in CRM systems
- Meet recruitment targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
Requirements
- 1–3+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercial mindset with strong negotiation abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Experience using LinkedIn, job boards, and CRM/ATS systems
