Job Overview:
Aurrum Services is looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment for US and UK clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, hands-on experience with LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services), and exposure to hiring across IT, Engineering and Fintech domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US and UK clients
- Source candidates through LinkedIn RPS, job portals, and other platforms
- Screen, shortlist, and assess candidates based on job requirements
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Work on multiple requirements across IT, Fintech, and Engineering domains
- Ensure timely closures and meet hiring targets
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the system/CRM
Mandatory Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn RPS (Recruiter Professional Services)
- Strong experience in sourcing for US and/or UK markets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in target-driven environment
