Description
We are hiring a Recruitment Consultant to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for our SEA region, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and find the best candidates for open positions across SEA countries.
Responsibilities
· Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for clients in the SEA region.
· Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and networking.
· Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for positions.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
· Provide guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and salary negotiations.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
Skills and Qualifications
· 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the SEA region (Preferably Singapore and Malaysia)
· Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies and best practices.
· Should be well versed in using Foundit, Linkedin Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.
· Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the SEA region.
