Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Recruitment Consultant – Experienced Talent Acquisition. The responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment processes, such as identifying and sourcing top talent, conducting interviews, advising candidates, and providing a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. The Recruitment Consultant will also collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and implement effective recruiting strategies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graduate Recruitment and Recruiting, with experience in sourcing and hiring top talent
- Skills in Consulting and Interviewing to guide candidates and stakeholders throughout the recruitment process
- Strong Communication skills for fostering effective relationships with candidates, team members, and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Prior experience in AI, technology, or skilling-related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
