We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter / Recruitment Associate with 2–3 years of experience in the BPO/ITES sector. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, focusing on volume hiring, ensuring timely closures, and maintaining candidate quality.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for BPO roles (voice, non-voice, backend, support functions)
- Handle bulk hiring requirements within strict timelines
- Source candidates through job portals and social media platforms
- Maintain TAT (Turnaround Time) and meet hiring targets
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of BPO hiring (bulk & volume hiring)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals & sourcing techniques
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Good negotiation and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of HR operations & onboarding
Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience hiring for:
- International BPO of Indore preferably for Voice Process.
