We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Recruitment Associate with 6 months to 2 years of experience to join our talent acquisition team in Noida. In this role, you will focus on catering to open contract-to-hire (C2H) and contract positions for critical IT and engineering mandates on a Pan-India scale. This position is ideal for an analytical thinker who thrives on building quick, meaningful connections with candidates, loves a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in consistently beating tight placement deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- C2H & Contract Delivery: Drive the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle specifically for fast-moving contract and contract-to-hire positions across Pan-India locations.
- Advanced Sourcing: Actively source top-tier technical, IT, and engineering talent using major job boards, with a heavy focus on Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and internal database
- Boolean Search Mastery: Construct and execute precise Boolean search strings (using operators like AND, OR, NOT) to filter through databases and uncover hidden, niche talent)
- Candidate Connection: Actively engage and build rapport with candidates, explaining contract structures clearly, keeping them warm, and ensuring high joiner ratios
- Analytical Selection: Leverage strong analytical thinking to screen resumes, evaluate candidate skill-sets, assess cultural fit, and optimize your sourcing pipeline
- Deadline Management: Work with a high degree of urgency to close open positions within aggressive client-driven placement timelinee
- Process Coordination: Arrange initial screenings, coordinate technical assessment rounds, manage feedback loops, and facilitate swift, same-day offer rollouts to lock in contract talent
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment (exposure to IT/Engineering hiring or contract/contingent staffing is a major plus).
- Technical Sourcing Skills: Proven familiarity with Naukri.com Resdex, candidate databases, and the ability to confidently write complex Boolean search queries.
- Core Competencies: Strong analytical mind with a structured approach to mapping talent pools and analyzing hiring requirements.
- Communication & Mindset: Exceptional communication skills with a genuine willingness to connect deeply with candidates and keep them engaged.
- Drive: A high-velocity work ethic, excellent time management, and a track record of meeting daily and weekly placement deadlines.
- Education: Graduate in any stream; a background in Business, HR, or IT/Engineering is preferred.
