Role Description

The Recruitment Associate is a full-time on-site role based in Goregaon. The role involves managing the hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill recruitment needs. The Recruitment Associate will also ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, maintain candidate records, and support other recruitment-related activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting practices
• Strong skills in Screening, Interviewing, and candidate assessment
• Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal
• Capability to work collaboratively with teams and hiring managers
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Prior experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role is advantageous
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR processes is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
