Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Associate. The Recruitment Associate will be responsible for managing the recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates. They will also assist in developing recruitment strategies, maintaining candidate databases, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Sourcing, Screening, and Interviewing candidates
- Proficiency in Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
