Role Description

This is a full-time, remote opportunity for a Recruitment Associate responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities. The role includes sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating and conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience throughout the process.

The Recruitment Associate will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and support the development and execution of effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting processes, with a strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with candidates and stakeholders
• Interviewing and Screening skills to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple candidates and positions simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Prior experience in recruitment is an advantage, preferably in one of the industries ArcHire serves
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
