Recruitment Talent Acquisition 2 requirement for education industry
Location Thane
Handle end-to-end recruitment for academic and non-academic roles
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with department heads
Manage walk-ins, job portal postings, and internal referrals
HR Operations
Assist in onboarding and induction of new employees
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and HR MIS
Employee Coordination
Act as a point of contact for employees for basic HR queries
Assist in employee engagement activities and internal communication
Compliance Reporting
Ensure adherence to company HR policies and procedures
Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records
Required Skills Qualifications
Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
6 months to 1 year of experience as an HR Executive / HR Recruiter
Exposure to recruitment in education / training institutes preferred
Good communication skills (English local language)
Basic knowledge of HR processes, labour laws, and documentation
Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiner or short notice period
Self-motivated and willing to learn
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
