We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to manage key client accounts, drive contract staffing fulfilment, and support business growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and strengthen client relationships
• Coordinate with recruitment teams for timely hiring fulfilment
• Handle client requirements, escalations, and onboarding processes
• Identify account growth and business expansion opportunities
• Track hiring metrics, reporting, and compliance activities
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
• 5+ years of experience in contract staffing/recruitment
• Strong client management and stakeholder handling skills
• Good understanding of staffing operations and labour laws
• Experience with ATS, CRM tools, and MS Office
