Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruitment Account Manager role based in Bhopal. The Recruitment Account Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and related positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers for roles such as PHP, .NET, Angular, Android, iOS, and Java developers. The role involves acting as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their hiring needs, and providing timely updates and recommendations. Daily tasks include managing job postings, maintaining candidate pipelines and databases, negotiating offers within defined guidelines, and ensuring a smooth onboarding handover. The Recruitment Account Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to improve recruitment processes, track key hiring metrics, and support business growth through excellent client and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Account Management and Customer Service skills to build, maintain, and grow client relationships.
- Hands-on experience in Recruiting and IT Recruitment, preferably for software and technology roles.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with clients and candidates.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track recruitment metrics and suggest process improvements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
