Job Summary
At TRITAL Care, we are looking for a performance-driven Recruiting Lead who can mentor recruiters, drive submissions, improve closures, and support urgent healthcare staffing delivery for hospitals, MSPs, and healthcare facilities across the United States.
This role is ideal for someone who has already proven themselves as a strong healthcare recruiter and is now ready to lead a small team while continuing hands-on recruitment delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and mentor a team of 6–8 healthcare recruiters
* Drive daily recruiter productivity, submissions, interviews, and placements
* Support Travel Nursing, Allied, and Therapy staffing requirements
* Handle VMS/MSP job boards and priority client requirements
* Monitor recruiter KPIs, submittal quality, and turnaround time
* Train recruiters on candidate engagement, closures, and follow-ups
* Improve offer-to-start ratio and candidate retention
* Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing documentation and credentialing coordination
* Work closely with Delivery Managers and Leadership teams
