We are looking for a highly driven Talent Acquisition Intern who can own the recruitment vertical at Where U Elevate. This is a hands-on, execution-focused internship for individuals passionate about hiring, sourcing, and candidate engagement to support end-to-end recruitment, ensuring a strong, high-quality hiring pipeline across tech and non-tech roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Internshala, etc.)
- Screen resumes and shortlist profiles as per job requirements
- Conduct initial telephonic screening to assess candidate suitability
- Create and post job descriptions across platforms and communities
- Maintain candidate databases and track daily recruitment activities
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Engage with candidates regularly to maintain interest and reduce dropouts
- Support in bulk hiring, campus hiring, and hackathon hiring campaigns
- Build strong talent pipelines for current & future requirements
