ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our recruitment function. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kick-start their career in Human Resources. You will work closely with our HR team and gain end-to-end exposure to the full hiring process — from sourcing to onboarding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
▪ Post job openings on platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed
▪ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
▪ Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidate fit and interest
▪ Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracker
▪ Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring pipeline
▪ Assist in collecting and managing onboarding documentation for selected candidates
▪ Prepare weekly recruitment status and progress reports
WHO SHOULD APPLY
▪ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written)
▪ Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets and work under deadlines
▪ Comfortable using LinkedIn, Naukri, or other job portals for sourcing
▪ Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs)
▪ Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus, but not mandatory
STIPEND & INCENTIVE STRUCTURE
Components Details
₹3,000 – ₹5,000 per month (based on skills & profile)
Earned upon achieving the monthly recruitment target (paid on top of stipend)
2 to 3 months
Mobile Bill / Recharge upto 300 Rs
Wifi Bill / Recharge upto 500 Rs
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE
- Candidate must have their own laptop
- Candidate must have their own mobile phone/cell phone
- Stable internet connection is required
- Personal devices will be used for work purposes
