Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will assist in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process to attract top talent. Additional responsibilities include helping to design and implement training programs, maintaining communication with applicants, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience while working closely with the HR team to streamline processes.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills to engage effectively with candidates and team members
- Experience or interest in Training and talent development
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work within established deadlines
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing)
