Responsibilities:
• Research the market to find potential candidates
• Help create and post job openings
• Review resumes and do basic candidate screening
• Assist in planning recruitment strategies
• Communicate with candidates and build good relationships
• Share regular updates on hiring progress
Qualifications:
• Currently studying Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Interested in recruitment and hiring
• Good communication and people skills
• Basic knowledge of HR or recruitment is helpful
• Eager to learn and take initiative
• Must have a personal desktop or laptop
