Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site internship position for a Recruiting Intern based in Bengaluru. The Recruiting Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening and interviews, and coordinating the hiring process. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers on recruitment strategies, assisting in onboarding processes, and maintaining effective communication with candidates throughout their journey with the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to conduct Interviews and assess candidates effectively
- Excellent Communication skills to interact with candidates and internal teams
- Exposure to Training processes and the onboarding of new hires
- Proactive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and related technologies is an advantage
