Duration: 3-6 Months Paid Internship
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews for bulk hiring requirements.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers.
- Engage with candidates to ensure a smooth interview process.
- Support HR team with onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand requirements and ensure timely closures.
- Contribute to employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Who Can Apply:
- MBA/PGDM/BBA/Graduation (HR specialization preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior exposure to recruitment/HR (through projects, internships, or coursework) will be an added advantage.
