Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiting Intern role based in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will support the end-to-end hiring process, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews. The role involves maintaining candidate databases, updating tracking sheets, and assisting with job postings across various platforms. The intern will interact with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews, share feedback, and help ensure a smooth recruitment experience. The position may also include assisting with onboarding activities, basic training coordination, and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Recruiting and Hiring skills, with the ability to support candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes.
- Interviewing and Communication skills to engage with candidates and hiring managers professionally and clearly.
- Training support skills, including coordination of induction sessions and assisting with basic onboarding activities.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort using MS Office or similar tools, applicant tracking systems, and online job platforms.
- Ability to work on-site in Noida, collaborate with team members, and maintain a professional, inclusive attitude.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience).
- Interest in HR, talent acquisition, and the insurance or financial services sector is highly beneficial.
