Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruiting Intern, based in Bhopal. Some tasks can be completed remotely. The Recruiting Intern will assist in various recruitment activities, including identifying and interviewing candidates, managing hiring processes, and aiding in onboarding and training. Collaboration with the HR team to enhance the recruitment experience for both candidates and the company is an essential component of this position.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting to identify, assess, and attract talent
- Proficiency in Interviewing and Communication for effective candidate engagement and evaluation
- Knowledge in Training to assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and organized mindset
- Ability to work in both office and remote settings
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus
