Role Description
This is a contract-based, on-site role for a Recruiting Intern based in Indore. The Recruiting Intern will support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the hiring process. Additionally, the intern will aid in employee onboarding and training activities, maintain candidate databases, and create reports on recruitment progress and outcomes. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring and recruiting while contributing to the team’s success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting, with a focus on sourcing, shortlisting, and engaging talent.
- Strong Interviewing and Communication skills to connect with candidates effectively and represent the company professionally.
- Basic knowledge or experience in Training and onboarding processes to support new hires.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple recruitment tasks efficiently.
