Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Recruiting Intern role based in our Indore office. The Recruiting Intern will support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include assisting in employee onboarding, organizing training sessions, building a strong talent pipeline, and maintaining candidate databases to support staffing needs.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge of Recruiting and Hiring practices
- Demonstrated ability in Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with Training and employee orientation processes
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is a plus
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage recruitment tasks effectively
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
