Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiting Intern, based in Noida. The Recruiting Intern will assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating hiring workflows. Additional responsibilities include supporting training initiatives, maintaining candidate databases, and communicating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs. This role requires close collaboration with team members to ensure successful onboarding and recruitment outcomes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing to manage the recruitment lifecycle effectively
- Strong Communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with internal teams
- Capability in Training to support onboarding initiatives
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and a proactive approach to recruitment processes
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in recruitment or HR internships is a plus
- Ability to work in collaborative, fast-paced environments while maintaining professionalism
