This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will support the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communications between candidates and hiring teams. Additional responsibilities may include conducting initial candidate interviews, assisting with onboarding or training activities, and maintaining accurate recruitment records. This role provides hands-on experience in talent acquisition and the opportunity to contribute to enhancing the hiring process within the organization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to identify, evaluate, and manage suitable candidates effectively.
- Strong Interviewing and Training skills to carry out initial interviews and assist in onboarding processes.
- Excellent Communication skills for facilitating clear, professional interactions with candidates and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment software is a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (preferred).
