Role Description
We are seeking a Recruiting Intern to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The intern will assist with various stages of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing communication with potential hires. Additional responsibilities will include coordinating onboarding sessions, maintaining candidate databases, and supporting broader talent acquisition initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Recruiting, including Retails staff Hiring, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience or interest in Training and candidate onboarding
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiasm for learning and contributing in a dynamic team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in such a program)
