Qualifications
• Understanding of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals, including recruiting and onboarding
• Knowledge of HR Management and HR Policies
• Familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism in handling sensitive information
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; knowledge of HR software is a plus
• Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Internship Details
• Duration: 3 Months
• Stipend:
• 1st Month: Training Period (No Pay)
• 2nd Month onwards: ₹6,000 per month (Incentives also applicable)
• Based on performance, the internship may be extended and converted into a full-time role

• Assist in IT recruitment and candidate sourcing
• Screen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling
• Maintain candidate databases and HR records
• Support course coordination and student communication
• Work closely with the HR and recruitment team

• Understanding of HR policies and employee benefits
• Skills in personnel management and record maintenance
