Talent Acquisition Intern (6-Month Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)
📍 Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office – 5 Days a Week)
💰 Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000 per month
⏳ Joining: Immediate Joiners Only

As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern who wants to build a serious career in Recruitment and Hiring.
What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work closely with the HR team and get hands-on exposure to real hiring.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and identify strong profiles
- Conduct initial candidate calls
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain candidate trackers and hiring pipelines
- Support in posting jobs and employer branding
Must-Have Requirements
- MBA in HR (Mandatory) – completed or final semester
- Clear interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition
- Excellent communication skills
- Immediate joiner
- Comfortable working from office in Baner, Pune (5 days/week)
