We are looking for a Talent Acquisition / Recruiting Intern for a remote internship opportunity. In this role, you will support the recruitment process by assisting in candidate sourcing, conducting initial screening calls, and coordinating with potential candidates.
You will work closely with the hiring team to identify suitable talent for hospitality and corporate roles. The internship offers hands-on exposure to recruitment processes, candidate communication, and basic HR operations.
This role is ideal for individuals interested in building a career in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
Stipend: ₹2,000 per month + Incentives per successful hire.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and screen candidates from the provided database
- Conduct basic telephonic screening to assess experience, salary expectations, location, and availability
- Maintain and update candidate information in tracking sheets
- Shortlist suitable candidates and share them with the hiring team
- Coordinate with candidates regarding interview schedules when required
- Support the recruitment team in identifying potential talent for open roles
Qualifications
- Interest in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Human Resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially over phone calls
- Basic organisational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working remotely and managing assigned tasks independently
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree.
