Role Description
This is a remote internship role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will support the talent acquisition process, including sourcing potential candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and assisting with onboarding and training efforts. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring teams to understand staffing needs, managing job postings, communicating with potential candidates, and maintaining accurate records of recruitment activities. The role provides valuable experience in recruitment and human resources functions.
Qualifications
- Experience or interest in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing processes
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and team members
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about Training and onboarding practices
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for remote collaboration
- Passion for education, diversity, and inclusion in technology fields
