Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist with the hiring process, conduct candidate outreach, schedule and facilitate interviews, and support onboarding and training processes. The intern will develop and maintain effective communication with team members and candidates, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience.
Qualifications
- Experience in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Skills in Interviewing and Communicating effectively
- Ability to support Training and onboarding initiatives
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HR software is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work remotely and independently
- Currently pursuing or completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
