Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist in various stages of the hiring process, from sourcing candidates to scheduling and conducting interviews. The role additionally involves participating in training sessions, contributing to the development of recruitment strategies, updating candidate databases, and assisting in maintaining strong communication channels with both candidates and team members.
Qualifications
- Skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes
- Experience in Interviewing and candidate assessment
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Training support or related experience is an advantage
- Time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HR software is a plus
- Enthusiasm to learn and contribute positively in a dynamic environment
