Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiting Intern position located in Bengaluru. The intern will assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial screenings. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, facilitating onboarding processes, and supporting training initiatives for new hires. The intern will collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a seamless hiring experience while maintaining a focus on talent acquisition goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and sourcing candidates
- Strong skills in Interviewing and assessing candidates
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience or interest in Training and onboarding processes
- Professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to work in a collaborative environment
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Passion for learning and a keen interest in talent acquisition methodologies
