Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Recruiting Intern. The intern will support recruiting processes through tasks such as sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in onboarding. They will collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Additionally, the role includes refining recruitment strategies, contributing to training initiatives, and providing support for interview follow-ups and candidate communication.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Recruiting, Hiring, and Interviewing practices
- Proficiency in verbal and written Communication skills
- Ability to assist in Training and onboarding processes
- Demonstrated organizational and time management skills
- Proactive approach to work, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools is a plus
- Pursuing or holding a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
