Role Description
This is a full-time remote opportunity for a Recruiting Intern. The Recruiting Intern will assist in various recruitment-related tasks, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. They will also help in coordinating and facilitating training sessions, supporting recruitment drives, and ensuring clear and effective communication in English and Hindi with candidates and team members.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Recruitment processes, including Hiring and Interviewing
- Strong Communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Experience or interest in Training and employee development activities
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques is a plus
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
