Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Recruiter specializing in non-IT staffing. The role involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding. Responsibilities include posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. The recruiter will also play a key role in maintaining relationships with both candidates and clients while driving effective recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Full-lifecycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategy development
- Ability to excel in Hiring and sourcing for diverse roles across industries
- Knowledge in Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment can be an added advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing is preferred
