• Understand client requirements and deliver suitable profiles
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Work on multiple requirements across various domains
• Maintain daily recruitment reports and updates
✅ Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in Tamil & English
• Experience in recruitment/sourcing is an added advantage
• Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
💻 Work Requirements:
• Laptop/Desktop with stable internet connection
• Ability to work from home professionally
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tools
