Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the recruitment process for assigned roles, including sourcing, telephone screening, coordinating email correspondence, scheduling interviews and team debriefs, and managing the offer process.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to meet hiring goals, utilizing non-traditional channels to innovate our hiring approach.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their needs to ensure a remarkable candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers and interview panels to ensure a smooth interview process, facilitating effective communication and information exchange with all stakeholders.
- Maintain detailed recruitment plans, including deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process, to ensure efficient hiring operations.
- Engage in special projects and recruiting initiatives, such as evaluating best practices in interviewing techniques and enhancing the Talent Acquisition strategy.
- Strategize and execute various methods to build talent pipelines, conduct market research for assigned roles, and partner with external vendors when necessary.
Desired Skills And Experience
- 4-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with direct BPO or voice recruiting experience for a variety of roles within IT product companies, including startups and consultancies.
- A proven ability to source and hire candidates from multiple channels, with a strong track record of meeting recruitment goals.
- Proficiency in analyzing market data to derive insights that inform recruitment strategies.
- Experience in recruiting for a fast-growing technology company is highly preferred.
- Exceptional interviewing skills, with an ability to assess candidates for technical and team-fit qualities.
- Excellent communication skills
